Betsy Perry was born and raised in the Washington, DC area, then moved to Howard County, MD, where she and her husband, Ned, raised their three kids. She has a lifelong love of real estate and comes from a mortgage background.

In 2020, Betsy joined Keller Williams Realty in Bethany Beach, DE. Betsy has sold over $100 million in real estate, focusing her attention on the Delaware Coastal areas and providing expertise and knowledge in the residential luxury, resort, and second home markets. Her primary goal is to provide customers with the best possible service.

Betsy and Ned live in the Bayside Golf Resort community in Selbyville, DE. In the summers, they can be found on their boat, exploring the bay from South Bethany to the southern part of Assateague Island.

They love living the coastal life, and Betsy is happy to share her experiences and love of the area with you. She will make your priorities and dreams come true.

She was eager to help when our mattresses and frames were delivered, even to the point of waiting near our unit and then coming inside to help guide the crew that was delivering and setting everything up. Thankfully, we all had real, live beds to sleep in mere hours after settlement. Betsy has a very cheerful personality and outlook that is infectious and really helped us move through the process and become even more convinced we were making the right decision. We are still a long way from getting our condo set up the way we really want it for the long run, but for now, it very much feels like home, and we are so thankful to Betsy for helping to guide us through this amazing experience.
